BRIEF DESCRIPTION

This home addition involved adding space to the front and rear of the house. The existing front wall was essentially removed and a new wall was built to line up with the front of the garage, greatly expanding the size of the living room. The foundation was increased in size to support the new square footage by pouring a new concrete footer, while tying into the existing crawlspace. We then added a new covered porch and updated all of the siding and paint to match the rest of the house. A large addition was framed at the rear of the house to support future remodeling of a new kitchen, bath, and bedroom.

The interior was also updated with new sheetrock, windows, floor, trim, and paint.
