| STICK BUILT or METAL | Metal buildings are generally considered to have the longest lifespan, however traditional stick built buildings can last a lifetime when properly maintained and regularly painted. Metal buildings generally provide more access to ceiling space as they are essentially trussless. Either option should have adequate insulation for our region. |
